Hey everyone, I did this workout yesterday and it was brutal. The first round may seem easy but once you get into the 2nd its a different animal. Have fun and let me know how you like it. 

25 MIN EMOM 

Dumbbell Rows x 12

Pullups x 12 

Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatches x 5 Each arm 

Hanging Knee raises x 20 

Double Unders x 30

20 Sec Sprint Row

 

If you mess up on the double unders you have to start over and get 30 double unders in a row. You may be jumping for a minute straight if you continue to mess up.
