What you consume is a direct reflection of who you are and how you feel. There are 2 parts consumption that I am talking about here:
- What you consume (Food)
- What you consume (Mentally/Social Media)
Food: What you put into your body directly affects how you feel, look, and perform in whatever you do. If you don't consume the right foods then it's time to change. Keep it simple, eat real foods, and drink plenty of water. Try this for a week and reflect on how you feel.
Social Media: It's time to clean up your timeline. Unfollow unproductive and unhealthy accounts. Follow accounts that live the way you want to live and align with your goals.
